Sacrebleu! Why have I never heard of this wondrous “ModPlug” before? I feel so very ignorant…

Nope, I don't know any music sheets. I've learned that song by ear, its actually quite simple.

EDIT: I've learned how to play {most of} the Syreen theme by loading up the mod file in ModPlug and reading all the notes in the sequences. It's primitive, but it works

Somewhere amongst the mess of files I have floating on my hard drive are some of my experiments with ModPlug, using instruments I'd ripped from SC2 and other sources. I'll have to see if I can dig out those turds songs.

Well I have joined the "heaven singer" bandwagon and made my own remix, which now has a topic in the mod forum for all to hear. What an achievement in personal satisfaction :D-smf . And, as for music software, I used ModPlug, which Luki has posted a link for. The name is a bit misleading though because.....It could just as easily be called "MIDIplug" ;D-smf

Last time I did any music it was on the Amiga, and it was terrible. So can't help you I'm afraid. Angelfish, what did you use? Or Serosis?
I use Reason 4.0 in combination with a midi keyboard ;).

Just listened to Serosis's remix, and they were fairly enjoyable. They sound like the original mod files played on a fancy MIDI synthesizer, and you all know how much I love MIDI
