Re: Where are you heading?
I know this hasn't been an active thread in a while but in a forum as slow as this one I'm not even sure that matters. After a failed long-term relationship and a couple of other shit things, I went into a bit of a depressive episode for a little while. Turned to alot of booze and other substances, ...

Re: Sequels strife
Something I've been wondering about. Given that Brad has apparently decided this is a hostile environment, what are the odds of Stardock deciding that "star-control.com" is using their Star Control trademark without permission and benefiting thereby and taking legal action to gain control of the do...

Re: Sequels strife
I've missed all of this happening but god this seems like quite the clusterfuck happened while I was gone. From my skim read, it seems such a shame that two groups of people who want to create new Star Control content for people have been caught up in a silly legal battle where both sides have decid...

Re: News! Late but here!
There's no-one to code, at least no-one who has the time. Without coders there's little hope. The issue with the community is that although everyone is supportive, no-one has the time to commit to such a large project. It's amazing P6014 even got as far as it did. And with the fan base getting small...

Re: The war that never happened...
Indeed. One can only hope we can get to experience a year without war without having an event like this to catalyze it. Maybe one day we will all come to our collective senses and this will happen. But I think I'm a bit too cynical to believe that. I think we'd probably need a huge event like this ...

You know, I have never once in my life had maple syrup. I guess it's not a huge thing in the UK but I always hear people on American TV talking about maple syrup on pancakes and it's always made me a little jealous.
