My first avvy was by Andrej Bauer's random art generator, who was also the guy behind Forum 2000.

I may change it. So if my avatar isn't gray balls with somewhat menacing features on them, the above statement doesn't apply to my avatar.

I have thought it was from illustration to "Berserk". Forgot the autor...

My avatar is a Protoss Dark Archon from StarCraft*. I ripped the portrait video for it and subtly recolored it (it's slightly more orange/yellow now). It's probably one of the oldest avatar pictures that I still have.

* a.k.a. That other SC that Activision now holds the rights to.

I still haven't figured out how to do the skin so it is like the drawing. Is it slimy? or dry? whatever. I haven't decided what it is. and once that is decided I still have to figure out how to make the surface look that way. :\
