Way to make tacos actually look pretty healthy ;)-smf . Did you put the blueberries in the taco, or did you just set them aside like they are shown in the picture? I've never seen fruit put into a taco before, and frankly I'm not a big fan of fruit anyway.

Deep fried fruit, however...is certainly an idea worth extra investigation.

Grapes. And no, simply gobble them when feels appropriate. Would be an odd flavour in otherwise salty food.

Quite probably. As someone who has a stomach problem I can't eat greasy stuff.

Those are some sweet looking tacos. You must put the blueberries inside next time. For science!

I had lamb with polenta last weekend, very nice. Polenta is weird, but surprisingly tasty.

They both look good, but that lamb in particular is making my mouth water. Bloody impossible to get over here.

Lamb sure is tasty, I've never had polenta :). Did you also make some sauce to go with that lamb?

The waffle was actually way too sweet, the Belgians make the waffle itself really sweet and their chocolate icecream is sweet as hell as well.

No, not really. normally we would've done, but the lamb is rare, and the polenta is quite moist in itself. It is sort of rough corn flour boiled in chicken stock, cream and herbs which gives it a consistency close to.. porridge I guess. Which doesn't sound too appetizing, but it tasted really good. anyway, it was very flavourful and moist, so we didn't need a sauce.

EDIT: also, I had gingerbread with bleu cheese and glögg (sort of mulled wine) this evening. Really nice.
