Yet their absence creates one of the best horror sub-plots ever in video game history IMO.

The Druuge win big points for being so sinister. But it's a soulless, greasy, corporate kind of sinister. Almost like real life!

The Slylandro(sp?) are also pretty fun, if only for the 'Glowy Bits' dialogue.

The Mycon are pretty nifty too, now that I think about it. That whole 'broken machine' premise is dang cool.

And least favourite: The Chmmr. Their presence in SC2 feels like a 'plot device' enabling you to win the game, nothing more.

Spathi. They get the largest humor:words ratio in the game. I think I may not have been quite so entranced with the game when I first started if Fwiffo wasn't so charming.
