Finale date for entry let's say May 20th gives plenty of time which admitted due to my failure there's been lots of.

voting will close on June 10th and winner will be announced soon after.

I will create a poll that will be updated as entries are received, voters will be able to change their vote at anytime.

As we've been unable to nail down a firm definition on art, let's say "Fan Material" and work from there if something seems to far out of line a judgment can be made at that time.

If anyone has better suggestions for dates do speak up. if everyone is fine with this otherwise, I'll place an entry on the news feed on the weekend.

So anybody have a good suggestion for a poll system, the one built into the forum is limited and every time an entry is changed it resets the votes., need something i can update, that said theoretically i shouldn't have to change it after entry deadline... Whatever you think is best. I don't think it matters that much what the voting platform will be, as long as it works.
