Physical clue book and puzzle

I can find a pdf online of what I’m assuming is the same thing you could mail away for from an offer that came with the pc game, but it doesn’t have a cover. I’m just wondering if the actual physical thing people received is the same as the pdf? I can’t find a scan or even a picture of the actual book they mailed out. Anyone have it? I’m also curious about the puzzle. I’m assuming it is the box cover image, but it would be cool to see a picture of the assembled puzzle if anyone happens to have it. Also I would definitely want to buy these things if anyone has them to sell. I have the pc boxed games for 1 and 2 with all the contents so it would just be kind of cool to complete the collection. I would frame the puzzle and hang it on the wall if I had it.
