Budget Retro Handheld for Starcon

I am looking for a budget retro handheld that can play Ur Quan masters ( and maybe Knights of the Old Republic) - any recommendations that does not break the bank?

UQM has been ported quite a bit, but don't know about handhelds...

I remember there being some discussion about handheld ports of UQM probably 10 or more years ago, but I don't think anything ever came of it. That said, there is an old Android port of the game kicking around, so if your device can handle that you should be in good shape. As for actual device suggestions, that is not something I know anything about so I don't know how much actual help this post is, but best of luck all the same.
